Once inside the main lobby, natural elements - including lava stone, white marble and garden walls - exude a sense of warmth and tranquility, acting as a buffer to the outside world.

One of the property's most striking features is the 25m heated infinity pool on the 43rd floor. Reflecting AB Concept's daring design ethos, the floor-to-ceiling windows, combined with the pool's transparent glass walls and retractable skylight, allow Gloucester residents to see Hong Kong's iconic Harbour from an all-new perspective.

Morning Dew: Measuring 58.3m2, the refreshing pale lavender and light-textured stone landscape of these one-bedroom units is accented against polished steel and glossy lacquer.

While the open-plan kitchen rewards with spectacular panoramic views of Victoria Harbour, a marble sliding wall between the living area and bedroom offers both flexibility and privacy. Wide, silver-tinted timber flooring panels were chosen for their unique texture and colouring, while rich marble flooring lines the foyer and bathroom.

Martini Vibe: As the name suggests, these 285m2 two-bedroom units capture the designers' penchant for timeless glamour.

Contrasting light and dark elements - silver-tinted timber planks against stainless steel finishes and black lacquer - and adding subtle architectural finishes, AB Concept's design exudes an effortless elegance.

In the bedrooms, AB Concept designers display their mastery of space. The team has artfully preserved space and light through the use of floating shelving, a full-length wall mirror and strategic asymmetry.

Every element of the units - from the fixtures and materials to the top-brand appliances - has been selected with an attention to detail, beauty and functionality.

AB Concept's work includes the design and interiors of the “Oasis Floor”, an open-air leisure space with vertical garden walls, outdoor seating and a barbeque station.

从开放式的厨房可以看到维多利亚港湾的壮观全景，生活区和卧室之间的滑动大理石墙既划分了私密空间又不乏灵活性。具有独特色彩和材质的银色宽原木铺就了地板，而丰富的大理石则被用于门厅和浴室。

马丁尼风尚：顾名思义，这些约285m2的双卧套间展现了设计师所追求的永恒魅力。

银色原木板与不锈钢饰面和黑漆产生光与暗元素的对比，再配上精致的建筑饰面，AB Concept的设计展现着一种闲适的优雅。

而卧室里，通过悬浮的架子、全长的墙镜和刻意设计的不对称，空间和光线得到了保留，体现了设计师们对空间的掌控。

AB Concept还设计了室内的“绿洲层”，即一个带垂直园墙、室外座区和烧烤区的休闲空间。
