法式贻贝
贻贝也叫海虹或青口贝,《本草纲目》称它为东海夫人,晒干后称为淡菜。吃贻贝讲究季节,每年3~5月都可以吃,尤其是清明前后的贻贝最为肥美,过了五一就不行了,喜欢吃贻贝的朋友千万要抓住时机会哟!

1.洗干净贻贝,但是注意不要刮贻贝的外壳,不然煮贻贝的汤汁会变黑。当然,外壳有破损的也要拿出来。

3.将黄油放入锅里融化后改中火。加入切好的蒜、红葱头碎,翻炒至红葱头碎开始焦糖化。加入白葡萄酒。

4.拌匀后加入洗干净的贻贝,焖3分钟左右,在这期间搅拌几次。

5.贻贝壳都展开后,表明已熟了。按自己口味加盐、胡椒粉、淡奶油,给汤汁调味。
