郑州格拉姆国际中心是受意大利格拉姆财团和罗马市政府委托、郑州唯一一家外商独资开发企业独立开发的商业地产项目。

意大利是欧洲文明的摇篮，河南是中国黄河文明的发源地，力求通过意大利和中国文化的交融与碰撞以及建筑语言的融汇，打造现代、高效、具有时代特色、展现中意两国文化的地标性建筑。

建筑造型层层收进，寓意“芝麻开花节节高”，顶部造型宛如钻石般熠熠生辉，成为郑东CBD一颗耀眼的明珠。

Zhengzhou Gramm International Center is commissioned by the Italian Rome, Italy Gramm consortium and Roman municipal government. And it is the only project in commercial property developed independently by a wholly foreign owned company Currently.

Italy is the cradle of European civilization while He'nan is the birthplace of China's Yellow River civilization. The design is full of culture blend and collision between Italia and China, and a mixture of architectural language; it helps to establish a modern,

efficient landmark building with epochal characteristics, which reflects both Italian and Chinese cultures.

The higher, the narrower, that's the style of the building. It means“progress at every step”. The top is like a sparkling diamond. This project will finally become a dazzling pearl in Zhengzhou East CBD.

This project is located inside the Canal New District of Zhengzhou Erqi Ecological Cultural New Town, neighboring the urban arterial road South Songshan Road and the auxiliary road in the west, Siji Road in the east, Dingsheng Street in the south and Nanhong Road in the north. Along Songshan Road is the planned Railway Line No. 16. The area is divided into A, B and C three plots by Xiangrong Road and Aoma Road. 规划区位于海南儋州白马井镇，距海口市135千米，面临大海，具有得天独厚的景观优势。地块分为居住地块与度假板块两个独立的功能板块。高档滨海社区与海上度假区这两个区域通过一条横贯东西的中央景观大道连为一体，由东向西的序列依次为商业步行街、会所、景观大道、湿地公园、沙滩游乐区、内港游乐区、百米海景酒店。建筑空间布局西低东高，形成明确的海景朝向。

建筑造型及空间环境采用“经典地中海建筑风貌+拥景庭院空间+原生态景观环境”的模式，打造地域特色鲜明的休闲度假居住区。

The planned area is located in Baimajing Town, Danzhou, Hainan Province, 135km from Haikou City, looking out to the sea and enjoying advantageous landscape advantages. The plot is composed of two functionally independent parts, for residence and for holiday. One central landscape avenue connecting east and west combines these two areas-high-end coastal community and ocean holiday zone-as a whole. From east to west, you can find in succession commercial pedestrian street, club, landscape avenue, wetland park, sand-beach recreation area, inner harbor recreation area and 100m high seascape hotel. In layout, the building is lower in the west and higher in the east, producing quite definite seascape orientations.

The building format and space environment make use the mode of “classical Mediterranean building style + landscape courtyard space + landscape environment of original ecology, ” thus constructing this leisure holiday residence of peculiar regional characteristics.

张庄城中村改造
Renovation for Zhangzhuang Urban Village

项目位于郑州市中心城区的核心位置，北侧和东侧紧临郑州两大城市干道郑汴路和中州大道，用地被多条城市道路分割为若干地块，包括三块商业用地、一块商住综合用地、一块教育用地、一块公共绿化和多块居住用地。

项目总体定位为郑州中心城区新兴大型城市综合体、国际时尚生活街区。方案设计引入现代主义建筑大师勒·柯布西耶提出的“光明城市”概念，通过绿化和水系实现组团之间的活力交换。住区内设置水体及大量种植林木、草地。以水轴和绿轴贯穿整个用地，让建筑融入绿化环境中，形成由一个个绿岛围合而成的绿岛家园。

商业综合体部分结合屋顶设置空中花园，在形成丰富的建筑第五立面的同时有效地改善购物环境，营造浓郁的商业氛围。

This project is located in the core area of Zhengzhou's core urban center, neighboring Zhengzhou's two urban arterial roads Zhengbian Road and Zhongzhou Street in the north and in the east. The area is divided into many plots by several urban roads, including three commercial plots, one comprehensive plot for commercial and residential use, one land for education, one for public greening and many residential plots.

It is generally oriented to be a new grand urban complex in the urban center of Zhengzhou, as well as an international fashion life block. The proposal introduces the concept“Radiant City” put forward by Modernism master Le Corbusier, accomplishing the energy exchange of clusters with greening and water system. There is water inside the residence and quite a number of trees, as well as much grassland. Water and green axes run through the whole plot, making the architecture integrate into the green environment, creating many green islands, and making the whole project become a green island homeland.

The commercial complex is combined with roof garden, which could efficiently improve the shopping environment and create intensive commercial atmosphere while producing abundant fifth facade for the architecture.

窑湾古镇
Yaowan Ancient Town

窑湾古镇是目前苏北地区在京杭大运河滨水古镇中保存最完好的古镇之一。它形成于春秋战国时期，明、清时期达到鼎盛。古镇拥有发达的水系（分别是大运河、后河以及护城河）和独特的半岛形态。

窑湾古镇滨水景观规划在京杭大运河2013年申报世界历史文化遗产的背景下展开，规划充分考虑窑湾古镇在京杭大运河遗产中的地位，在保护窑湾特有的“镇前有后河，城在两湖中”的滨水古镇形态的同时，着力打造中国“苏北第一运河古镇”。

总平面规划设计了三条水轴、四大功能区、十三组景观节点。

景观规划着力打造窑湾新“十三”景，力求将窑湾三条河的沿线打造成展示窑湾历史文化的重要景区。

Among The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal riverside ancient towns in North Jiangsu area, Yaowan Ancient Town is the one in best condition. It came into being in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, and was in the period of great prosperity in Ming and Qing Dynasties. The ancient town has well-developed river systems, which are respectively Grand Canal, back river and the moat, thus producing peculiar peninsular format.

The waterfront landscape planning for Yaowan Ancient Town was carried out with the background of The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal applying for 2013 World Historical and Cultural Heritage. This time planning took into full considerations the status of Yaowan Ancient Town in the heritage of the Grand Canal. While conserving Yaowan's exclusive waterfront ancient town format “with back river at the front of the town, and a town being between two lakes, ” the project tries the best to create “North Jiangsu's No. 1 Canal Ancient Town” in China.

For the overall planning, there are three water axes, four functional zones and 13 landscape nodes.

For the new “13 scenes” in Yaowan that the landscape planning tries to produce, it is aimed at creating the space along three rivers in Yaowan into an important scenic spot in presenting Yaowan's history and culture.

郑州中部旅游国际岛

项目包括主题乐园、欢乐水世界、运动主题公园、主题酒店及旅游特色文化商业街区等11个功能板块，并通过设置游览小火车、观光缆车、索道及索桥等交通系统，使各高差、各功能板块连为一体，形成集吃、住、游、购于一体的综合旅游岛。项目建成后将成为中原地区功能最全、规模最大的第四代主题乐园之一。

The project mainly includes 11 functional plates, which are theme park, joyous water world, sports theme park, theme hotel, featured tourism culture & business block. Along with transportation systems such as sight-seeing small train, cable car, cable-way, rope bridge, etc., plates of height difference and different functions are organically connected as a whole, producing this comprehensive tourism island integrating catering, dwelling, touring and shopping. After completion, it would become one of the 4th generation theme parks of the most complete functions and the largest scale in the Central Plains.

The project gathers spaces such as 5A office building, star hotel, fashion apartments, international residential community, grand theme shopping park and international convention center, creating a luxurious scene for Linyi day and night. Linyi South Shandong International Center (Pavilion No. 2) is a state-owned professional convention center subordinated to state-level Linyi Economic and Technological Development Zone, which has been put into use already, as one of the largest professional international convention center of the highest standard in South Shandong and North Jiangsu area.
